Cold sensation in the body as if the pain-relieving gel is applied over the ​skin?​ Do you feel the same in TB

It has been 3.5 months since I (24, Male) am taking Pulmunory TB medicines.

I have a weird feeling of COLD SENSATIONS( might be a burning sensation) in my foot, legs, waist, back and others part as if Diclofenac (Pain relieving gel) is applied over it and the cold is coming out of my skin.

Do others also feel the same. I googled not sure though, It might be related to PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY or HYPOTHYROIDISM.

I talk to my doctor, he didn't take much interest, as if it was of no concern.

I have no cough, not a single time. No other symptom, except this cold sensation, little weakness and probably low BP sometimes. The last CT scan report was normal.

The medicine I am taking- Rifampicin Isoniazid, Vitamin B12

Deepak do you take Pyridoxine/B6? In the UK this is given to prevent peripheral neuropathy.

Yes, I take, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride( B12) Tablet 40mg daily. But occasionally I feel the cold sensation. sometimes after a week. I started feeling the cold sensation after 1.5 months of starting of medicine

Any idea what should be the amount of B12 ..... 20 mg a day or 40 mg a day?

hi. Brand new here, not sure where to reply properly but I saw your post about the cold feeling- that’s exactly what I get off , the cold Bengay feeling and but mine is in the back of my neck/head and left side of face, left seem hand. Been to emergency to check heart and all ok there. I do have Hashimotos, gluten/celiac, b12 ‘ D deficient.

I am clear of treatment but still get the cold feeling across my back like lungs are filled with ice, allthough it happened more while i was taking rifampcin. It seems to happen before i get chest infection almost like early warning system.

Now, I my TB treatment is over. But, I still fill the same.

Do you mean, it might be related to chest infection. Please elaborate your conditions, and suggest me what I should do
