What is my ideal body weight supposed to be for 5ft 1"? I asked the doctor and she didn't know the answer.

Does anyone know what body weight I should be at if I'm looking to get there? I am 5'1"... I asked a couple days ago at the gynecologist office and she didn't know the answer. She told me just to Google it but when I did I find all sorts of different answers. I'm looking for the weight that I should be at for my height to have a BMI that's good enough to get my body to produce estrogen...

Thank you that's helpful. I can't believe my doctors didn't even know this. As an anorexic unfortunately I am wishing it didn't have to be that high but you know to an anorexic mind everything is scary. Can you tell me also what weight range that would be if I'm 5'1?

Since I broke my back and I'm now 3 inches shorter do you think that I need to be at the weight that I should be if I was 5 ft 3" or do I go by what I'm at now which is 5ft 1"? The doctors didn't know this either...???
