New to the group suffer from bulimia 30 + years did CBT but relapsed back to binge purge restrict can't seem to overcome it

Return to your GP and ask for some more help - its so hard trying to do it alone and you've proved you can get out of the cycle before - so you can do it again.

Also new to the group and have had bulimia since I was 12. Now 37 and I still cannot seem to get over it...

Hi I know exactly how you are feeling its a vicious circle that goes round and round and getting no where 😣😣😣😣🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
