So lately I've been not eating so well wether it's not eating enough or binging or just not getting enough sleep. So this month I have not had my period and I'm 2 days late I just started last year so I was wondering if it's my eating habits or just my body doing it's thing.

I think that your periods can stop because of starvation. I would recommend you to try more healthy diet.

Hello. If you have lost too much weight that will cause your periods to stop.
