Started to make progress by at least attempting to stick to my dietitian food plan even if it's slow progress, and although it terrifies me I'm going to try my best to do this. Feeling positive :)

Fantastic - slow steps forwards are the best way - from my experience - it might seem like minute steps from the outside - but from the inside they are huge steps - so good on you - recovery can be a scary, slow and emotional time - but do be encouraged by every step you take.
