Good Morning

I know Christmas is coming and I wonder how to handle the holiday season with the extra food floating around. How to say no or just have a couple of pieces of food and not go into a full pledged binge of sugar. I was wonder if anyone have very bloated stomach and what it is and how they deflated it or cannot do anything about it. Thanks.

I made sure that I kept myself busy around meal times - and made sure I had activities planned with others after meals so that the binging was minimalized - I allowed myself the treats as binging seemed worse if I denied myself - in my own house I had talked to my family and every one was supportive - food was always put away after meals - and nibbles weren't left out - the box of chocs was passed round then put away - hope that helps

Yes that does. I can use all the help and ideas and welcoming them. This will be my first year to watch out for the Christmas season. Thanks
