I am still huge by the way

Maybe I should state that I was over 12stone when this started 6months ago and trained at the gym every day doing weights and cardio. So anyway I am still huge, 9-13. Six months of virtually nothing and still so big so know I will get bigger still every bit of food I let myself eat....and then I will feel ashamed and useless because I haven't been strong and maintained my regime and will be very disappointed in myself too. So a little idea of my head.....I am scared of carrot sticks and have started to look up amount of calories in my daily medication intake
