I'm a Psychology Masters student and am currently carrying out research to look at the effect that supporting someone with an eating disorder can have on an individual, whether you are a family member, partner or friend.
If you are a family member or carer of an individual with an eating disorder or know of any family members or carers who will be willing to complete this short survey, that will take no longer than 15 minutes, please follow this link:
I would be happy to pass this on to some of the families that I work with, I will mention it at the Beat support group in Exeter tonight. Also I'm trying to copy and paste the link onto my fb page, with out much success. Please feel free to post on there ie Eating Disorders Counselling Services Devon, and you may get some response, good luck with it all - Gill
I had an eating disorder for over a decade, and lost my period for over 15 years, I just got it back two months ago, normally, and I have HUGE hormonal episodes with my period , where I feel hugely weighted down and get super anxious, is this because my body still isn't used to it?
