I am in recovery from anorexia and bulimia, successfully. I also am a qualified mental health nurse. I had an accident which means I am unable to work at the moment however, I really want to provide some support to those who live in Wales because I know there is little help here. Have you thought about becoming an ABC befriender? They can offer a befriending package that can be sent to you and then when someone contacts ABC they can be referred to you. It sounds like you are just the sort of person who could do this!

Thank you for your reply, I have been asked previously about becoming an ABC befriender and until now I have not been in a position to do so. I will contact the appropriate person and take this further. I do have someone who has replied to me but I am very willing to have a couple of people who I can hopefully help. Thank you x
