Results were: Colon: Scattered extensive diverticular disease involving the descending and Sigmoid Colon with extensive mesenteric inflammatory changes and phlegmon at junction of Colon(s). 3.Inpatient 4 days - IV’s of Zosyn (piperacillin) anti-biotics plus morphine, potassium and saline bag drips.

diagnosis was copd / reactive airway disease...patient was also treated for pneumonia although the imaging was clear. patient was admitted to the hospital through the ER on 5/1 with 101.8 temp. imaging indicated multilobar pneumonia, hypoxemia,.... patient was given vancomycin 1.5 grams every 12 hrs IV Zosyn
