PSA vs PSMA
Last October I started
Xtandi
, which I still take. It along with the Lupron has my PSA at 0.2 or 0.3. I am wondering if I get another PSMA PET scan now will it show anything with my PSA so low? Is there a direct relationship between PSA level and PSMA expression?

Darolutamide vs Proxalutamide - for a Hail Mary??
He has High AR Amplification, ARL702H 93.5% (which our MO says means
Xtandi
likely won't work), ART878A 0.6% and some "Variants of uncertain significance": ARM750T 2.2%, ARM750V 1.5%. ATME1612Q 0.2%.

Dad's on his last few breathes. He's going to die today. Thank you to the community.
Initiated lupron with
xtandi
and PSA went from an 11 down to <0.02, It held there for 9 months and then started inching upwards until it got to a 2. It held at around 2.11 for the last 3 months with no change. It stopped the spread and he was thriving. 1. Survival statistics are absolute bullshit.

Lu177 treatment is more effective when combined with Xtandi
Here is a small study which observed increased PSMA expression when
Xtandi
was combined with an Lu177 therapy.

Next steps after Xtandi and Zytiga
I’ve had Docetaxel, Lupron,
Xtandi
, Zometa, and now Zytiga. My PSA initially decreased with
Xtandi
in November of 2017, but after 2 years it rose, so I switched to Zytiga in October of 2019. Continued to rise, from 1.6 to 2.1 in one month.

More recently he was on Enzalutamide and the Lutetium-177 and then back on
Xtandi
. He was too ill to handle Docetaxel.

Increasing PSMA
Hi, I believe I read on here about taking
Xtandi
or Enzalutamide to increase PSMA activity? Does anyone recall something like that? Thanks

My big ol' something is cancer
Doctor apologized He's gonna set up some doxetacel sessions later next week, maybe switch me over to
Xtandi
. I'm in shock, a bit. Too bad Rachel was unable to ask questions. When she got back from x-skiing she had plenty.

Xtandi , Peloton, and life.....
For the guys who like to exercise or the ones considering it bring in a Peloton..it is not a gimmick...you will not hang clothes on it....I had really no fatigue on
Xtandi
because of everything I was doing however I felt I could turn it up a notch...I wanted to use it a while before stating this is real

"Oligomatastic", "Remission", & "Cure"--The Power of Words.
Chemotherapy, castration and concern were my life…and then Provenge and
Xtandi
. So for the last 4 years I have heard nothing that gave me a glimmer of hope for living more than 3 to 5 years. My oncologist never gave me eye contact. Going out on a limb.

Completed LuPSMA Vision Trial. I hope my journey encourages someone on this site.
I was also taking
Xtandi
during the trial and continue to do so as the “standard of care”. Diagnosed in August of 2011. At that time 12 out of 12 biopsy samples were positive for cancer and CT scans indicated abdominal lymph node involvement. My Gleason score was 7 (3+4) & (4+3).

Hmmm. My "Good News" is that my "Bad" news is not "that" bad.
But She believes since PSA is only going up up and away...and Scans are not improving....that the combo of Lupron and
Xtandi
and Xgeva....is not working.
