Venetoclax

Completed my last Gazyva in June and am still on my Venetoclax through the end of the year. Some of my lymph nodes that went down are starting to get a bit larger again. My doctor says all of my labs look great!

2 dosage blood and doctor will see if we have to stop venetoclax for awhile to bring blood-count up I am not sure with all this , oncologist in ambulance-hospital doesn't spend enough time to talk with patient and I got the feeling to go back to Ibrutinib ,maybe I am wrong .

Hi Everyone, I am on combo of Acalabrutinib and Venetoclax.

I am on the O&V program although am now only taking venetoclax (400 mg daily). I am also a type 2 diabetic and am considering doing intermittent fasting. Is that a good idea?

I am hoping to qualify for Venetoclax once CLL becomes a problem. I experienced no side effects from Zanubrutinib and would recommend.

I have been on 400 mg dose of Venetoclax since September 2022. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what was done about it?

A) LOXO 305 Trial (Bruin 321) Or B) Venetoclax and Rituximab Being 17p deleted I was thinking of going forward with Option A assuming I was selected. But maybe Option B would be easier since they’ve already been approved . Just not really excited about all the testing that comes with a trial.

Morning.. Could I just ask, for those on this treatment, did you need much time off work, i have completed cycle 1 & so far so good, we're any of you able to return to work during treatment? My consultant advises waiting until after cycle 3 but what are other people's experiences. Thanks

Hi folks My question is about side effects with Venetoclax and Obinituzumab. I wonder if anyone out there has any insights. I'm 66, was diagnosed in July 2020. Watch & wait until July 2022. Started Venetoclax and Obinituzumab in New York at Sloan Kettering.

Hi about to start treatment and have been asked to choose between Venetoclax and Obinutuzumab orAcalabrutinab . Have been told both treatments are equal? was wondering if anyone could share their knowledge and experience.

If no response after 7 cycles, an additional 6 cycles of Pirtobrutinib and Venetoclax will be given. The protocol document does not mention MRD testing. They do not define "response"in the protocol document like they do on the clinicaltrials link above. I will be asking about that.

Tickets and reservations already done. 2- as I am 53 years old, Venetoclax is not covered for me, (10 000 cad/month) did anybody else in Ontario had this challenge? I know trillium drugs can help, top limit 2 000/month. Appreciate a lot your advices:)

Has anyone had a similar experience and what did it feel like once the Venetoclax treatment was completed? All replies will be greatly appreciated. Ramses

For some reason, I thought it was 6 months of Obinutuzumab then the Venetoclax. How have your treatments been going?!!! Thx in advance! Sylvia

Hello, I’m appr. 6 weeks into the teatment. - Is it normal to feel very tired and weak during treatment? I am at a point where even sittings with ‘m’y legs down is tiring. Cannot do normal House hold chores anymore. - Also, how often should the blood be checked? Your input is much appreciated.

The venetoclax-based arms include: venetoclax plus obinutuzumab, venetoclax plus obinutuzumab and ibrutinib, and venetoclax plus rituximab.

, a week later, I started the NCT05536349 trial , "Time-limited Triplet Combination of Pirtobrutinib, Venetoclax, and Obinutuzumab for Patients With Treatment-naïve Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Richter Transformation (RT)" at M.D.

The two options I am being told are Ibrutinib or Venetoclax. I am a healthy person not overweight I'm on no medication I'm 60 years old are there any thoughts on which medication.

I am shortly coming off watch and wait and will start treatment with obinutuzumab and Venetoclax. I understand I will have to increase drinking water to flush out drugs and waste products.

They are proposing a combination of Obinutuzumab and then Venetoclax - unless I have misunderstood , it was a bit of a blur. I would really value the views of the knowledgeable people in this group.
