Temodar

We got the call early in the morning Tuesday; that instead of the chemotherapy Temodar, we would try Keytruda for the last time. His brain MRI is finally stable, and his dose of steroids is at 1.5mg decadron (10mg prednisone equivalent).

Course of action is to stop the carboplatin and taxol, and start on a chemo pill called temodar. Take it once a day for five days, and rest for 28. I am full of emotions. This was a hit.. just wanted to update.. Love to all

I was switched from Faslodex and Verzenio to Temodar which is used in brain cancer and Xeloda. My optimism of finding a drug that works is failing.
