Regular Mucus of a Morning
I take: 2 Puffs of
Seretide
125ml Twice a day (Volumatic) Ventolin (if needed) Throughout this time I have been on steroids that obviously help if I'm feeling particularly bad, and I went through a phase of taking one montelukast every night that helped my peak flow increase over time and it did help

COPD?? Pulmonary Fibrosis?? Wegener's?? What the 'ell??? Can anyone help?
Just been to see consultant for the second time (diagnosed 3 months ago with possible COPD). 60% FEV1/FVC but really struggling, particularly with chest discomfort and mild breathlessness - nothing seems to help - put on Spiriva, Fostair and
Seretide
125 and Salbutamol.

How to know if I need steroids?
I take salbutamol and
seretide
inhalers. I have upped my
seretide
as directed by my resp. consultant and I'm taking my salbutamol 3-4 times a
day
, for a few hours afterwards, my chest feels better but once it has worn off, it feels worse than it started.

Seretide 250/25
Just wondering what side effects others have had while on this medicine and how long you were taking it for? I do a lot of classical singing and am just worried about how it may affect my voice. Also, did it seem to help your symptoms? Thanks!

Changing to a cheaper inhaler
Does anyone know if I can demand to stay on the
Seretide
, as I don't want to have to go through trying lots of different inhalers when I already know that
Seretide
works for me? Many thanks.

Recurring sore tummy, bad dreams and thrush
Could the below thrush be linked to her
seretide
inhaler? I keep being told no by the GPs but sometimes (often times!!) i find information from other asthmatics/parents to asthmatics is more reliable?! What about stomach pains?

*waves* Hello!
So I'm only taking insulin & hydrocortisone (which don't really count as they are just replacing what my body can't make), plus
Seretide
, Hydroxyzine and Montelukast.

Anybody out there using INDACATEROL ? How are you doing on it ?
After starting to use
seretide
500 recently twice a day, my GP has told me to stop using my indacaterol (300mg). I still take my Spiriva once a day.

RECURRENT CHEST INFECTIONS Hello. I'm not sure if anyone can help me?
I take
seretide
250 twice a day, montelukast, citirizine also. For the past year I have been struggling to get rid of Haemophilus Influenzae. It would be great to hear of any advice or if someone is going through a similar thing? Thankyou.

I take ventolin,spiriva and

I take 2puffs of seretide twice a day. The canister contains 124 doses. I am sure I read somewhere that you should stop using the inhaler
When the counter shows only 20 doses left. I have looked at the instructions and I can't find any reference to this. It seems such a waste to throw it away if there is medication left

Ventolin use.
Recently, my doctor changed me over to
Seretide
and Ventolin and I've definitely seen an improvement as I was needing to use my Ventolin every day but since switching have been able to reduce it back a bit. My doctor says I need to get it back to using Ventolin maybe once a fortnight.

Was wondering. Now I've stopped smoking do I really need to continue taking my pumps for COPD?
I use atrovent and
seretide
pumps. I'm moderate COPD with lung age of 76 years. Not sure where asthma ends and COPD starts to be honest but My asthma/COPD is present everyday but not as bad as when I smoked. I can live with it without pumps. Do I need to take my pumps still?
