Would welcome some advice..
So, about 2 months ago I stopped the pulmicort and was put on
oxis
formoterol along with my bricanyl. I can take the formoterol, one puff twice a day, with no anxiety problems at all and no sign of panic. I thought the problem was solved. Or so I thought.

Flixotide & Oxis
Was put on Symbicort but I didn't get the control so I visited asthma nurse today and we've agreed to use the steroid from seretide (Flixotide) and the LABA from symbicort (
Oxis
) to see how I get on, hopefully I'll get the control I had from seretide without the cramps, fingers crossed xxx.

New member - my story
I have just started exercising again and am delighted that the inhalers I am taking - qvar and
oxis
- seem to be doing the trick and I do not need to take ventolin at all anymore.
