Monjuvi

My hubby did RCHOP, Monjuvi both failed now its this medicine.

She has received R-Chop (6 courses) with no benefit (refractory) and is now on Monjuvi + Revlimid (6 months, 2 pet scans (March and June). There has been modest improvement in that a number of smaller nodes have gone but 1 large node in her abdomen has increased in size and "heat".

She is now 4 cycles into her 2nd line of treatment, Revlimid 25mg pill (21 of 28 days) and Monjuvi infusions (now every 2 weeks). She is looking forward to a petscan in mid June to see if this course is effectively working.

Can anyone please share your experience with Monjuvi + Revlimid so that we can have an idea as to what to expect? Thanks in advance.
