Trigger Warning - question for those with experience of palliative care

Medication used has included Cyclizine, Metoclopramide and Levomepromazine. A syringe driver was used for a little while before being swapped out for tablets but the nausea and vomiting has returned.

I was referred to St Marys who said it was an inappropriate referral, and I'm supposed to have a fitted syringe driver with morphine, midazolam, levomepromazine, and hyoscine (busco).

Was prescribed a quarter of a tablet at night of levomepromazine but found I was having bad dreams, so I stopped taking them.. My problem is I'm due for a ct scan tomorrow where I've to drink 1lt of vile fluid then I'm scanned. Frightened I'm going to throw the whole lot up.
