Klaricid

Can i have your help everyone my antibotic klaricid clarithromycin appantly now resistant to my chest infection I hate changing as I'm worried about side effects doc supposed to ring me 25 mins ago lol to tell me what his gonna be offering me I'm allergic to penicillin so options will be doxycycline

I am currently on a hefty dose of Klaricid for a deep infection to my foot but don't know whether I should discontinue the Mycophenolate until the antibiotics are finished. My wbc is always low but this doesn't seem to affect me adversely.
