I also did
immunotherapy
as part of trial but really doesn’t help. I feel great except tire easily. Last 7-8 months psa as gone up from zero to .2 to .4 to .8 to 1.6 and now to 6. My cycle was zero but now 3. No bone Mets and organs are all good, but nodes are increasing in size.

Lung cancer spread to bowel?
Check up CT has shown considerable growth in lymph nodes since February, so he had to have EBUS and PET scan, with potential Chemo and Radio/
Immunotherapy
based on results. Update: He had the PET Scan/ EBUS. The EBUS came back NEGATIVE for a 5th time?!

Devastated
Consultant has said it’s kinder to symptom manage now than provide different chemotherapy or second option of whole brain radiation with possibility of
immunotherapy
later.

Treatment after chemo - PARP inhibitor or immunotherapy trial?
But, there is an
immunotherapy
trial, nivolumab and ipilimumab, at MD Anderson that my MO suggests I try. She also indicated we might try the PARP inhibitor with the
immunotherapy
. At some point, I assume I will try Lu-177 and Ac-225.

3rd line treatment and platinum resistant
I now have limited options....so Paclitaxel on a weekly dose and if I achieved a response I can enter the prompt trial to test an
immunotherapy
drug. All this I am told will extend my survival time possibly by a year as I am platinum resistant with limited options.

Chemo effects
Anyway, I have to get some treatment, namely chemo and some sort of
immunotherapy
. I have read common effects of chemo (and I know everybody is different), but what has everybody here encountered?

UC research: Immunotherapy safe for patients with COVID-19, cancer.
Preliminary data from researchers at the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center show that
immunotherapy
doesn’t necessarily worsen complications for patients with both COVID-19 and cancer.

Right now my mom is on a clinical trial with a parp inhibitor and
immunotherapy
. I was thinking about Red ginseng and soursop, does anyone have any other idea? I also read that taking ibuprofen helps? Any idea?

Cycle 1 of Clinical Trials
Yesterday was my first round of treatments for a new clinical trial that involves an infusion of a novel platinum based chemotherapy drug currently named PT-112 followed by the
immunotherapy
drug avelumab. I had two IV’s placed. One was for the infusions and the other was for blood draws.

Testosterone and ADT break
I’ve pretty much run through the available SOC route, but qualified for
immunotherapy
Keytruda and that turned things around for me. PSA has been undetectable for 6 months now. I continue to get Keytruda infusions now every 6 weeks. My question is regarding ADT.

The Difficult Question most all of us will face.
Immunotherapy
possibly. This is still up in the air as we need the original tissue to check this and that was two states and one country ago. So. There it is. My prognosis. I would like to ask those inclined to comment for any thoughts on all of this. Anything you can recommend?

It is a form of
immunotherapy
where a blood draw is taken from the patient, " engineered" and then replaced into the patient about 9 days later. If anybody has any information, or has indeed tried this I would be very grateful of your input. Many thanks. Michael

Developments in the Continued Search for a Prostate Cancer Vaccine...
In a meeting this year of the American Association of Cancer Research, a case presentation of using a combination of cryosurgical tumor lysis followed by intratumoral
immunotherapy
resulted in a durable response for both MHSPC and MCRPC patients. See below: https://www.abstractsonline.com/pp8/#!

treatment. I will go next week and meet the nurse who will tell me all the information about it and make sure I understand. Then my treatment will start the following week. I feel so much more positive now. Thank you everyone for being here.
