Experiences with

Filspari

I will be starting on FILSPARI this week, has anyone used it ? Pls share your experience if any.

It was just approved with special approval from the FDA so if anybody here has tried it, they would have had to be involved in the trial or just had it prescribed in the last month or so... I have IGA which is what it is for. I guess is showing great results in lowering proteinuria which is one of my

FILSPARI is granted accelerated approval based on reduction of proteinuria. It has not yet known if the drug slows kidney function decline in IgAN patients.
