Big Lump from last Faslodex Shot?
Has anyone experienced a golf ball size painful lump from your
Faslodex
shots? I’ve been on the monthly shots for the past year and the one a few weeks ago resulted in a painful deep lump on my left side. I try massaging it but it hurts a lot.

PSA How low should it go?
I have positive regional lymph nodes, no treatment. There is only palliative cancer management. It turns out that the radiotherapy you performed was very successful. Thanks a lot. When I come to Turkey I will thank you properly. My last measured test level PSA 0.007. Is this a pretty good result? And

PSA: “How low should it go“ ?
My last measured test level PSA 0.007ng/ml And radiotherapy still works and can further reduce PSA. Now I take an eligard which also lowers the PSA. I have an idea to start taking Casodex 150 for a double blockade. My goal is to lower uPSA further and reach a level of uPSA <0.003 where the cancer appears

Should I have more Chemo now?
My urologist confirmed that while the PCa nodes in my bladder have shrunk, they are still obstructing my ureter. Therefore, instead of removing my stent, he replaced it. So, I finished 6 Docetaxel sessions 4 weeks ago and as I'm responding to the Chemo, Eligard and Casodex, I'm considering 4 more chemo

My Luck Ran out
Well Brothers, after 5 years of undetectable PSA after a grim 209 PSA dx in 2014 my treatment of Degalerix and Casodex is probably starting to fail...My PSA today came in at 0.03...Oncologist is not worried because he says that technically I am still undetectable and my PSA is insanely low, but I have

After two years, My trial has now stopped working
The clinical trial combo of olaparib(lynparza) and cediranib that I've been on for nearly two years has stopped working for me. My PSA is escalating along with more lesions and nodules that are more prevalent from my previous scans. My past history has involved docetaxel, radiation, casodex, zytiga-prednisone

Why am I always cold?
Why am I always cold? I have recently finished 6 Docetaxel infusions and have been on Casodex and 3 monthly Eligard shots since January. Before my APC diagnosis, my internal thermostat always ran hot, but now I seems to always be cold. My wife would be rugged up with multiple layers and I would be

Great news
I was diagnosed June 2018, started with Tamoxifen, switched to Ibrance,
Faslodex
and Zometa. I will have another pet scan in 6 months. I pray you all get “nothing lit up” results from your scans. God bless.

Cancer May stabilize on ibrance after some progression?
After being on ibrance and
faslodex
for 8 months I had some progression in November and very little if any progression on my scan the end of January. She said I may not have to do the clinical trial this summer and might still be able to stay on ibrance for a little while longer.

Great News. Scans Update.
I had my first Pet scan since starting Ibrance/
Faslodex
combo in December this past Monday. 6 months in and things are looking pretty good. Lots of decreased activity in the nodules. I have Pleura Mets. I’m not as knowledgeable as many of you are on the terms and numbers, but I know a decrease.

Rising PSA
I was diagnosed in June, 2018 with PSA 37, Gleason 4+4. Had external radiation in Nov, 2018. Been on Zoladex and Casodex for two years. PSA was around 0.05 until 6 months ago when it rose to 0.3. Just had my most recent test and it's now 0.9. I have an appointment in a month for another shot

CA 15-3
She is on Ibrance 125mg,
Faslodex
and Xgeva. She has extensive bone mets, but PET-CTs are showing important reduction on SUV levels (From 16 to 3.5, for example). My question here is about CA 15-3 levels. She started with 352 and gradually reduced to 86. Now she is 86/88 for 4 months in a row.
