Recurrent Adenocarcinoma is now Stage IIIB
So I was scheduled to begin radiation on 11/18, but the week before, I reported pain in upper chest and back and some dysphagia along with a cough. A PET scan revealed a new lymphadenopathy above my clavicle. Also a suspicious mass-like growth above and adjacent to the very hypermetabolic subcarinal

Dad just had RP, confusion about pathology report and I'm concerned about what's next.
Localisation on both sides, acinar
adenocarcinoma
structures in bladder neck area, tumor grows perineurally, is encapsulated, without penetrating the gland. No lymphovascular invasion. What I have trouble understanding is stage listing.

Advice on a prophylactic hysterectomy
I have
adenocarcinoma
of serous papillary - epithelial and am 75 years old and Stage 3c. Even though I am negative BRCA 1 and 2, my oncologist said our two daughters are high risk for getting OV cancer. Should they get hysterectomies prophylactically (if their doctors recommend it)?

Luteolin & Androgen Receptor splice variant 7 [AR-V7].
Luteolin inhibited the progression of rat prostate carcinogenesis by induction of apoptosis in a transgenic rat for
adenocarcinoma
of prostate (TRAP) model.

Lung nodules
Metastatic
adenocarcinoma
consistent with patient's known prostate primary. It must be unusual for the first metastasis to be lungs, but that appears to be what has happened. PSA is 2.1 now and next week a scheduled appt to discuss treatment options.

Later I would learn it was stage 4 lung
adenocarcinoma
. I’ve only had one line of treatment with no maintenance drug. When I was diagnosed I was told I might hope to survive 10-15 months. There was no special diet or behavior that can explain why I’ve had such an amazing run.

Adenocarcinoma Recurrence
I have just learned that I definitely have a recurrence of my
adenocarcinoma
from my LLL lobectomy 2.5 years ago. PET scan and brain MRI next week. Then we will know whether it is stage 3 or 4. We will plot our course of action at that point. New territory for me. Best to you all, Rick

Recently diagnosed
Biopsy report reads well-differentiated mucin secreting
adenocarcinoma
. Had a PET today. 46 yo male. Wouldn't know anything was wrong had I not been diagnosed. Physically I feel good. Emotionally up and down. Waiting around has been tough and my mind goes to worst case scenarios often.

New here.
I had a right upper Lobectomy last September for
Adenocarcinoma
but have had pain ever since and also a cough which crackles, creaks and whistles and then I'm very sick with fluid. Does anybody else have this or have any other problems after Lobectomy?

Would Carboplatin help with liver mets that are not neuroendocrine?
Recently got a liver biopsy that showed prostate
adenocarcinoma
. He is now jaundiced with bilirubin at 10 and trending up. I’m fearing that his liver will fail before keytruda even has a chance to work (if it even will work). Anyone know of any other options at this point?
