Sick with worry

My husband is obese, he over eats, eats in secret and constantly picks junk food to eat. He doesnt see this as a problem. He is also on the spectrum which makes things more tricky as he doesnt understand why his eating upsets/frustrates/worries people.

How do i help him? I know in the past hes been picked on about his weight and i know that his mother frequeantly makes comments about his weight when she wants to upset him and i also found out she forced him to take diet pills. How do i explain to him that i am not saying things about his weight to hurt and upset him? I want to have a long happy life with him but i am constantly worried that, because of his eating, he may not be healthy or even around?? By the way, i am over weight as well but am taking steps to sort this out. I have tried "we both need to loose weight lets do it together" with no luck. I am pulling my hair out trying to help him. He refuses to see a doctor or get advice. What do i do? I also have a twin sister with (diagnosed) a-typical anorexia who has had treatment but recently relapsed :(
