I am planning on starting a new job within the next month. The problem is when I'm nervous I panic n go dizzy n end up fainting. The more I think about it the worse it gets. It takes over my kind though. During my interview i was shown around the place n had to sit down cause I went dizzy.

I'm worried now about working there due to my dizzy spells.

Doesanyone have anything I can do to stop the dizzy spells?

My doctor said to bounce on my feet or clench my bottom to get the blood flowing.
