Just returned from a cruise and saw so many individuals who were unable to really enjoy the full experience of the cruise because they were dealing with joint pain and immobility. Many of those were placing a great deal of pressure on their knees due to weight gain. Remember a mere 10 pounds places 30 to 60 pounds of pressure on our precious knees and joints.
