Does evening primrose oil help with Raynaud's because my GP told me to take them over a year ago and it hasn't seemed to help?

Evening primrose oil is available in different doses, so it depends how much you've been taking. Info is available here raynauds.org.uk/raynauds/tr...

I haven't taken them for long enough, so I'm not sure if it works or not

What do you want to take it for?

what you actually need is the substance GLA you need to take 320mg daily. GLA is found in evening primrose oil as well as other things. you need to check on the packaging how much GLA is in there and take as many as you need to get 320mg.

I have tried it many times and unfortunatly it does not work for me, but i understand why it would work from what has been explained to me at the hospital.

My GP told me to take more than that, which I have been doing. I guess it just doesn't work for me either :/
