Can anyone tell me where I can purchase PRONEEMA CREAM in the U.K.? - Or indeed any other cream or ointment that can help with circulation?

You have obviously put it into to the internet as I have just done. Sounds like an interesting product, but no suppliers in the UK (yet). I have not as yet found any cream which improves my circulation, but would be very willing to try anything anyone else suggests. I have tried the "warm that sole" as advertised in the Raynauds newsletter, that didn't seem to help, but it did smell nice.

Thanks Yorky'

Yes I did try internet!! So frustrating that we cant get in U.K. - sonds just what the doctor ordered I think there is a nitroglycerine cream which can be prescribed in U.K so I'm going to see if doc will prescribe ( I thought nitroglycerine had to do with explosives) An accquaintance thought the cream was t used to heal anal fissures Still if I thought it would help.....

Foxglove, I thought I'd try the promeema cream myself, although I have found the compounding cream that was made for me specific to my symptoms for Raynaund's and neuropathy. In any case I thought I would send you the website I purchased today on the internet. It's, diabeticsocks4less.com/pron.... Hope this helps.

Hi foxglove, I have heard of this nitroglycerine cream/gel - I read an article on it a couple of years ago and think that it was going to go for trial... but have not heard anymore about it ...

Foxglove, I decided to try a compounding pharmacy to see if I could find some relief. I also have neuropathy in my feet. They compounded a cream for me that included several different ingredients including lidocaine for pain, an anti-inflamatory, a pain reliever and a few other ingredients specific for neuropathy.

It's helped me and doesn't have any of the side effects of some of the medications. Hope it helps.

Foxglove, I live in the states so I can't really tell you where there might be one. I would suggest you look on the internet first. What country do you live in?
