I use a very oily based topical treatment for my hands and feet, and then I put cotton gloves or socks on and wear them overnight, which helps a lot for me. You can find some good ones in the baby sections for treatment of diaper rash. But it needs to be quite oily so that it softens the skin the most. Thus why I wear the cotton gloves and socks to help keep my bed from becoming an oily mess. Hope this helps.
thank u i'll give it a try
I get really dry skin on my feet too. I too put cream on and socks before going to bed. The best thing Ive found if you live in the uk is boots cracked heel balm. Its in a blue and red tube and says 'works in 3 days'. Its says to use it twice a day but I find a think layer at night works best.
