Just found in LIDL instant hand warmers £1.49 for 2 in 3 shape, instant heat, then when they cool (1hr)use the 'old'sort to take over.X

Ah great how do you heat them up in microwave ? and do they work ?

Even better! Just click little metal tab in the liquid. NEVER put in microwave! to reuse put in pan of boiling water until the solid pad returns to liquid again.
