Hi all,
I’ve had a prolonged back problem called Scheuremann’s for the last 10 or so years, I used to play football and swim regularly but took the decision in 2014 to stop so I didn’t damage it further.
I’ve had really bad days with it lately, even loading the washing machine or walking upstairs hurt like anything!
I started running late last year but took a break over Christmas and restarted yesterday but I was in agony - is it wise to carry on or do you think my back has got the better of me?
