Hypermobile or double jointed?

Are you bendy? Super flexible? Full of party tricks and maybe backward bending knees?

Well you are likely to be hypermobile or more plainly very very mobile and flexible.

Most people with hypermobility shy away from doing Excercise because of the pain it might cause, or used to be very active but now they just can't seem to do what they used to.

There is a simple solution.

Get strong. Get lifting.

Stiffen your limbs with strong muscle and the pain will get better and you will feel amazing!
