My personal philosophy when dealing with any injury, sports injuries or everyday, revolves around movement.

Knowing when not to move when to move and how to move.

Often when injuries aren't doing well, the above was dealt incorrectly. In some cases worse not thought of at all.

How have your injuries healed? Just as good as before?
