Morning Affirmations

Affirmations are a great tool in recovery. Most of us speak very poorly to ourselves with a lot of negative talk. Affirmations can help us learn to be kinder to ourselves. Here is a great list to get you started!

The way that worked best for me was to say them to myself while looking in a mirror. It seemed to have more impact on my negative thinking that way.
