TODAY MARKS THE START OF NATIONAL SKIN CANCER AWARENESS MONTH! WHAT DO WE HAVE PLANNED?
Although every month is skin cancer awareness month for us (operating five national accreditation programmes alongside MANY other activities all-year-round) during the month of May charities, supporters, followers, fundraisers, businesses and organisations will be working with Skcin to help us drive awareness into the hearts of communities nationwide.
SO, WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?
We have some exciting partnership announcements to make later in the month - oh yes, watch this space!
We will be sharing our next big project that is currently under development - very exciting too!
We have been busy working and filming with national and local media to facilitate demand during the month - some great awareness opportunities!
For our social community, during the month we will be delivering comprehensive educational posts for you to share to help spread our messaging far and wide - pretty please!
We have lots of our key industry body supporters from the hair, beauty and healthcare sectors delivering editorial content and our social toolkit across their communities too - very grateful of their support!
We have been asked to deliver educational sessions to several large businesses / organisations which will begin in May and will follow through into June - great to be in demand!
We recently welcomed on board our special Ambassador @Jon Courtenay - winner of Britain’s Got Talent who will be doing an exclusive, live, virtual show to raise much needed funds to support our work - Thank you Jon, can’t wait!
We have partnered with our friends @Melanoma Focus again this year for the 100 Miles in May challenge, to raise funds that are split 50:50 to support our work - Huge thanks to all those taking part!
And who knows what else may transpire… an incredibly active month ahead with many more to follow.
