Anyone know what this might be?

Had this for 2 months little pink prick size sore, it’s not itchy but I picked it (shouldn’t of done) but to see if there was anything in it and it just hurt abit and bled abit, but I’m just wondering what it is because it can’t be like a blister for 2 months when it’s healed it just goes to a pinprick size little bump
