Hi,wonder if anyone can help me? I have a raised lump on my face between my neck and chin red at bottom, white at top. Do I need to see GP?

The lump feels 'tight' if that makes any sense but I am unwilling to bother my doctor.

Yes - see your GP! You won't be 'bothering' them. Best to get it checked out.
