It seems very strange as time go's by that I never had any problems with it until I was 40 years.

I think weight and activity and diet has a lot to do with it as noted when I do not attend to these facts I have to have a pain tablet.

Everybody’s body is different and nutrition and lifestyle plays a big role in our life’s. I have the scd and never had any issues until I reached my 30’s but my sister who has the same had issues all her life.

There’s a lot of scientific gaps that we will probably never find out about or how one thing connects with the next. The only thing we can do is take care of ourselfs and listen to our bodies. Practice good health practices and pray for the best.

The body changes many times periodically through one's life span and as for you having SCD I am surprised not for you to get some sort of twinges before 30 years.

Obviously your iron level and body function was capable of managing it.

We assume that the sizes of the cells are all the same but are they?

Your sister obviously had other functions different to you and maybe diet had something to do with.

The body is a very complex engine and not are all the same.

It would be interesting to find out why you got SCD at that stage of your life, perhaps go back to that time and see what happened to make the difference after 30?

I was born with it and had minor crisis here and there, would tire quick and be limited on physical activities. I however was always very active and was even able to skydive on my early twenties. Had three kids and that’s when it all started going down hill. After my third baby things got more interesting for me health wise. My current doctor is also wondering how come the big change. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Well then it is obvious as the body changed many times coping with every point of pregnancy.

What you produced the first time around didn't the second and so on and then the hormones kick in to effect your overworked body.

Sleepless nights, exhausted body trying to keep up with every element of the day and your iron deficiency now at a point of lacking what it should be.

You are in control of what your body does a natural course you have to follow.

I think a course in yoga will help just to relax the tension and once your adept in that then a look at the natural fixtures to take without it costing that much natural herbal drinks and vitamins to aid you forward.

Not what you're looking for?
