I can't seem to gain weight. I don't know if exercise will help me gain a few pounds or gain some muscles. What food can help me to gain weight?

If you are SC what matters most to you is eating healthily and drink loads of fluid or water. Avoid strenuous exercise as this might lead to crisis. Hope this helps.

Weight training can build muscle to increase weight. Drinking plenty of water and eating a heavy diet of grains, limited carbs and meats should have positive affects on your weight.
