Try coconut oil for you and your partner.

My gynecologist said absolutely not to coconut oil. Said he has had so many people in with infections that they have a hard time getting cleared up. He said it breads bacteria .

Hi Kiera,

My gynecologist told me to use it every Monday, Wednesday and Friday night, plus when we'll have sex. It's a little expensive but seems to be worth it. The doctor suggested another moisturizer which you buy online, but I've forgotten the name of it. I'll get back to you on that. Good luck with this very common problem!

Kiera - please share why you selected this particular option. I know you received several suggestions when you first posted about this. Thanks

I posted about it when you can ask a health professional and she suggested Replens, I have given other things a try, except coconut oil which I will try if this doesnt work.

I tried it a few times, but I want something that doesn’t come back out. I didn’t use it long enough to see if it would work because of that. I’ve ordered one more thing to try. If it has the same outcome, I’m done trying. Why do they have to be so messy? At least when I used the estrogen cream, I didn’t have that issue.

My women gynie and onc strongly recommended Rx compounded testosterone cream. I get it from Portage Pharmacy in Portage MIchigan if anyone's doctor or pharmacist needs to know more about it, have them call there. I am a long timer with MBC, have been on anti estrogens that whole time and of course I don't know what my vagina would be like now without that cream but I do not have dryness. They also recommened a compounded cream from the same pharmacy to help with orgasms. I can't think the name of the med in that cream but it is the same one tht is used in late pregnancy to start labor........ Love having women docs!

for me, Blossom Organics lubricant (organic aloe in water base); messy and works. Carlson Key E Suppositories (vitamin E in Coconut Oil base); messy and works.
