Plueral effusion bubbling

Does anyone with MBC pleural effusion have an issue with the bubbling? I frequently feel like a bottle of champagne has exploded in my left lung. When I sleep on that side it keeps me awake for long periods but when I change sides, I don't hear or feel it.

I haven't been able to figure out why some days I do and others I don't nor do I know what, if anything, I can do to eliminate it.

I was like that before diagnosis once my lung was drained havnt heard it again, thinking of you all the best x

Hi,

I would call your doctor about your lung bubbling. I too had a small right pleural effusion but it was drained with a chest tube during my recent MBC biopsy surgery
