Arm hurts

Has anyone have their arm hurt like if they worked out but you haven’t ? This pain comes and goes I’m starting to get worried 😟

I’m the same as you...any change or new symptoms I assume the worst

More than likely it’s nothing to worry about..maybe you slept on your arm or unwittingly pulled a muscle lifting something heavy

I know it’s so sad 😞, I’m going to the doctor on Thursday i will mentioned it. I’ve read that it could be a side effect from zometa.

My right are hurt and like you said, not from working out. I got an X-ray because I thought I’d better check it. However it was not broke. Also like you said; it stopped hurting.....???
