Headaches and passing out type feelings for a week

I've been having to lay down during work and during my walks because I get real hot nauseated and lightheaded. This is combined with headaches that come and go all day sometimes causing blurred vision or black spots. I ended up in the ER yesterday and they couldn't find a reason so now I'm scheduled for the dreaded MRI. Was hoping someone could pipe in and say they have had this happen as a side effect from Ibrance???

I get very light headed and feel like I am going to pass out when I stand (a minute after but immediately). I have also been having numerous migraines usually several days in a row. My migraines have a Aura so I get sparkles or blurry spots in my vision which are so bad I can’t read or do anything. Sometimes it is tunnel vision with the outside blurry. Have you just stayed with Ibrance

I’ve had dizziness a few times and it’s horrible..also I’ve always suffered from migraines so that’s probably not the Ibrance causing those..but the lightheadedness and feeling dizzy is u think a side effect but very unpleasant

Yes! This happened to me also. My onc was not at all empathetic and accused me of taking too much pain meds. I was seeing pain mgmt and the pain meds I was taking were correct...I was in awful pain from bone mets. In any event, the dizziness and nausea subsided in a few days. It came back here and there particularly when I was dehydrated. I took meds for nausea and got through it. I didn’t have any additional testing. Good luck!
