I have been having so much trouble with lymphedema for last 2 months. I’m seeing PT wrapping . But the minute I do anything it’s back even worse. Any ideas? Help it’s also very painful

I have been having some lymphatic massage and it has helped tremendously. I have also been doing some taping of the breast with a special type of tape to help retrain drainage. I was actually having it going down my back not my arm so much. You can you tube lymphatic massage and there are some videos that are helpful too. Don’t wait to get help with it do it ASAP.

Thank You so much for reply. It’s getting hot down here in Lousisana which makes it worse.
