I avoided soy & soy products, but still got breast cancer twice. Turns out, I have PALB1&2 gene (related to BRCA), as well as triple negative receptors.
Guess I could have had soy anyway.
If positive estrogen, probably would steer clear of soy products.
So it goes. Something my friend use to say, sometimes you get the bear and sometimes the bear gets you. As Gilda Radner use to say "It is always something "
There are still ongoing studies about soy & breast cancer, but I believe no one really knows the answer.
