I feel like something moves or kicks under my rib cage and it happens only when I’m sitting or driving

Make a diary of when this occurs. How long after eating. How long after sitting, is it when you sit or rise from sitting. Try to compile any information around this occurrence. Is it painful or just disconcerting. Having made a diary over a week or two visit your health care provider.

If this gets worse then make that visit sooner.
