BPH is a simple enlargement of the prostate not caused by cancer. CBP is an infection caused by bacteria.

OF COURSE. BPH can be treated and eliminate inflammation but not cured, but CBP is curable in many patients. The large majority of men with CBP have an infection of the prostate gland, while those with BPH do not have an infection.

People always take antibiotics for bacterial prostatitis. But most antibiotics can't penetrate prostatitis. So people will choose herbal medicine diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill for treatment. It is compatible with channel ushering drugs, which can lead the efficacy to the affected area to achieve the goal of a cure.
