Senimet
You do not want to take that if you are not taking it now. Up to 70% of people on it will suffer from augmentation which believe me you don't want. Why are you asking?
Yes, I have been taking it for years and it works well for me. It helps if you take it about a half hour before bed. It makes me drowzy and allows me to sleep. If I wake up at 3, I'll take another, but if it is closer to wake up time of 6, I won't because I'll be too drowzy, so after 4, I suffer and just end up getting up and grading papers. It does require you to take more and more over time as your body gets used to it. I think I've been on it for 10 years or so. Greeat for long plane flights as well...sleep thru it all or a good bit of it (I travel 4 times a year back and forth to Egypt from Midwest US)
Just be aware of the signs of augmentation which are you have to keep increasing your dose to get relief, or when your symptoms occur earlier in the day or there is a shorter period of rest or inactivity before symptoms start or when they move to other parts of your body (arms, trunk or face) or when the intensity of your symptoms worsen.
Been on it for 9 yrs. On max. dose but it controls RLS well. Spread 4 ER plus 3 IR(instant release)-chew but then under tongue) over 20 hrs. daily. No side effects.
