Low-dose (5mg, twice daily) methadone completely gave me my life back.

Yes interesting that there is a connection between these 3 areas and that treatments focusing on just one of them can bring improvement in some cases. Makes you wonder whether one is the main cause and the others are symptoms. Or whether treatments involving all three (opioids, dopamine agonists and iron supplementation ) would be universally successful. Thanks for posting.

Its a wonder LDN does not help more if above study is born out. LDN raises our own endogenous opiates.
