Hi everyone I am Jan I have a few health problems and it will be great to chat to others that have similar problems a problem shared is a problem halved as the saying goes I have CRPS osteoporosis arthritis and spinal problems with excessive worn discs as they say my husband passed away 4 years ago from cancer and I do get depressed we were married 48 years and I miss him so much hopefully we can help each with all our health problems thanks for reading this

I notice you didn't mention restless legs (RLS) in your post. Did you intend posting to the RLS community or otherwise?

Hi Jan. Welcome. Sorry to hear about your problems and loss of your husband. And I agree, sharing helps. And often one gets good advice as well.

As Amrob said, this is the Restless Legs community. I had a look on the general Health Unlocked site, and they also have a community called "Osteoarthritis Action". I think that one would suit you better. Good luck!
