Prof Ray Chaudhuri at King’s College hospital & Guy Leschziner at Guy’s & St Thomas’s both do private work & both are knowledgeable about RLS.

Hi Ray, I wrote a post a year or so ago asking this but I don't know how to find it. I can't remember where specialists were located, but lots of kind people replied so it might be helpful to look under my posts.

You can usually self refer to private neurologists so contact their secretaries.

If you’ve never had any treatment for RLS then please spend a while reading up on this website to make sure you know your options. Some people can resolve their RLS without meds by taking iron supplements or magnesium. Others need meds.

Can’t comment on all the names, but Guy Leschziner was great. I’ve seen other neurologists specialising in sleep disorders since (I suffer from PLMD as well as RLS) but certainly not as good.
